We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and will respond within forty-five (45) days, with a possible extension of an additional forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to a verifiable request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
